Served only on the 23rd August, the menu includes the famous Kottayam style duck dish which famously melted the heart of food critic, Jay Rayner when he visited our Indian Restaurant in Cardiff.

– Oxtail Odyssey –

Oxtail broth – cooked slowly with handpicked spices and herbs | Pulled oxtail meat stir-fried with coconut and curry leaves 

– Pidi with Tharavu –

Duck in a classical Syrian Christian creation – Kottayam style | ‘Pidi’ steamed rice dumplings poached in a spiced coconut sauce topped with Tharavu – cubed duck cooked with spices

        – Salmon –

Salmon infused with dill leaves and cooked in tandoor | Salmon cake blended with spices and breadcrumbed | Salmon Pickle            

– Lamb and Red Rice –

Slow cooked lamb with fragrant spices and Keralan whole grain rice, served with crispy egg and pickled vegetables
