Our taster menu available between 5.30pm and 11pm and served for a minimum of two people.  We look forward to honouring the patron saint of Wales with you.  Here’s our six course taster menu

– FIRST COURSE –

Coconut soup, Malabar Shrimps

Prosecco Spumante, (Italy) – 100ml

 

– SECOND COURSE –

Duck in a classical Syrian Christian creation – Kottayam style | ‘Pidi’ steamed rice dumplings poached in a spiced coconut sauce topped with  Tharavu – duck supreme cooked with spices, crispy confit legs

Salmon infused with dill leaves and cooked in tandoor | Cabbage cake | Keema pao- brioche bread, lamb mince and quail egg
