Chef Anand George is currently taking a culinary research trip around his home-state of Kerala in South India.
He was honoured to have been invited to experience Les Oyers, gala dinner organised by the catering college students at Yuvaksetra, Kerala.
Chef George said “I thank Fr. Cherian Anjilimootil for inviting me to the college, this has been a phenomenal adventure for me to return to my home and rediscover some of the places, cuisine and people of Kerala. To be invited by the college students as a guest chef was a very special moment and a great way to share my cooking experiences from my 5000 mile journey with them.”
Chef is currently exploring Kerala and later in the year will be returning with visitors from the UK to share the Anand George Keralan Experience.
