Chef Anand George has confirmed a number of dishes on the menu for our Wine & Dine event in association with Fine Wines Direct & the wines of Italy by Philip Harris | April 24th at 7.30pm.
Priced at £49.95 per person including a glass of wine served with each course, the menu includes Monk fish marinated with Kaffir lime and green chillies, spices and finished in the tandoor. This is accompanied by Monk fish pie, flavoured with fennel and hand picked spices and topped with mash potatoes.
Also revealed is a large plated duo of lamb variations: Mint crusted chops, grilled to perfection and Awadhi Biryani, served in a Potli style with a cooling raitha.
