We have teamed up with Cardiff Gin Club to create a 5-course taster menu, pairing rare gins with his modern twists on traditional Indian cuisine.
Entitled ‘Spirit’ the Purple Poppadom Gin Festival has been designed by the Chef Anand George to explore how gins from craft distillers can be matched with Indian cuisine.
The Festival launches a new gin matched taster menu, as well as exclusive gin cocktails and new gins added to the drinks menu. A guided three-course gin and curry tasting event curated by Cardiff Gin Club and Anand George, will be held at the restaurant on Wednesday July 18th.
