Ocean follows the success of last year’s ‘Deep Blue’ and has in part been inspired by Chef Anand George travels in his home region of Kerala on the southern coast of India.

In his forward to the menu, Chef writes: “The arrival of my long-term  colleague, Chef Siddartha, who reunited with our team in 2012, has undoubtedly helped us to take our search for innovation and refinement further.

Our kitchen brigade is more adept than ever as a unit and I believe that with Ocean, we are taking our cuisine to a new level.”
