Spiced Quail egg in a puff pastry pillow

~ Sea Bream ~

Sea Bream fillet steeped in mint and coriander, served with ‘string hoppers’ – steamed Kerala rice noodles – with Malabar shrimps and moilee sauce

~ Chicken Tikka ~

Chicken marinated with rose petals and saffron, cooked in the tandoor, with horseradish yoghurt

~ Beef ~

A classical Keralen preparation of beef, slow-braised with aromatic spices,

~ Mushroom Biryani ~

Wild mushroom and basmati rice encased in fragrant spices

~ Rose Phirni ~
Traditional Indian rice pudding flavored with rose

The food will be delivered in a Tiffin Box, with naan in a separate bag and Rose Phirni in a separate container.
