Pasanda Tikka

Chicken breast marinated with cardamom and rose petals and finished in the tandoor

Dahi Bhalla

Urad dal dumplings drizzled with yogurt and homemade chutneys

Salmon pillow

Salmon infused with garlic and spices, encased in a crispy parcel


Erachi Stew

Keralan style dish, of boneless lamb, potatoes and carrots gently stewed with peppercorns, cardamom, cinnamon and cloves and finished with coconut milk. Served with Appams (a traditional light rice pancake)


Murg Kundan Kaliyan

Inspired by the royal Nawab dish of chicken from Lucknow. Renowned for its spiciness, and full flavour and tender texture for a rich taste experience

Aloo Methi

Baby potatoes tossed with onions and tomatoes and fresh fenugreek leaves

Pilav Rice

Assorted traditional breads


Dark chocolate and mango cheese cake, served with pomegranate sorbet

At first it may seem expensive, but once you are on the course you soon realise it is very good value for money.
