Deep Blue – our seasonal menu for Summer 2012 is now being served at Purple Poppadom on. For this new season, Chef has created a menu based around seafood dishes in his Nouvelle Indian Cuisine style.
Deep Blue replaces our restaurant menu and features a new Chef’s taster menu which can also be enjoyed with courses paired with matching beers from around the world, as well as from Wales. For continuity, Deep Blue also retains firm favourites from our current main restaurant menu.
