Chef George to appear at Pembrokeshire Fish Week Festival

pembrokeshire fish week (2)Chef Anand George is making a special appearance at the award winning Pembrokeshire Fish Week Festival on the Tuesday 25th and Wednesday 26th June to demonstrate some spectacular seafood dishes. Anand will be holding his chef’s demonstration at 6pm on both days.



Chef George will be holding two seafood workshops at Pembrokeshire College, Haverfordwest where participants will be able to learn the techniques of fusing flavours and make an authentic seafood curry influenced by Anand’s native Kerala on the Southern Coast of India, with a mix of local fish and aromatic spices.


The festival, which is being held between 22nd and 30th June, will be exploring a range of seafood prepared in some unique and delicious ways. You can enjoy events and activities including eating out, fish cookery and preparation demonstrations, angling competitions and coaching, water adventure and outdoor activities. Also included in a packed week are waterway travel, environmental and educational activities, arts, craft and culture and for people of all ages!
