A Thali Plate: In true Street food tradition, our thalis are platters holding little bowls of tapas – portioned food, giving a balanced combination of the flavour, texture and colour of Indian regional cuisine consisting of:
Pakoda: Aubergine and cheese in a gram flour batter, tomato chutney
Lamb Maas: Rajasthani style- lamb braised with onions and aromatic spices
Chicken: A Keralan classic, chicken thigh stewed in coconut milk and spices
Potato: Mashed potato infused with turmeric and herbs
Beans: Stir fried with garlic and chillies
Served with: Poori (fried Indian bread) | Pilav Rice | Poppadom | Salad
