Chef Anand George has created a special one-night-only menu with all-new creations, for our Bordeaux Wine & Dine Event on October 10th.  Please contact us to book.

Commencing 7pm, we are presenting a four course dinner with a specially selected glass of Bordeaux wine served with each course, for £49.95 per person.

This event is mounted in association with our friends Fine Wines Direct, who have selected their wines to complement Chef’s dishes.

Halibut Dans Une Feuille

Succulent Halibut fillet, scented with lemongrass, galangal, coriander encased in banana leaves and steamed. Marinated with chillies, spices and finished in tandoor.  Accompanied by a Halibut pillow, a delicate fish cake encased in a crispy breadcrumbed parcel
