January 25th is Saint Dydd Santes Dwynwen – the Welsh St Valentine’s Day – and once again we are celebrating at Purple Poppadom with a special menu.

Chef has created a tasting menu with dishes including ‘Cwtsh Coch’, a spice crusted red snapper, ‘Cyfarfod Byr,’ a tenderloin of Welsh Beef and ‘Pwdin Neis,’ a trio of desserts.

Tenderloin of  Welsh beef, stir fried with mangetout, asparagus, baby corn, carrot and stem broccoli served with a and burnished garlic and ginger sauce | Classic Kerala ‘Erachi’ stew of beef slowly cooked with whole spices and coconut milk
