Chef Anand George will be making his debut at the Pembrokeshire Fish Week Festival tomorrow, Saturday June 23rd, demonstrating his acclaimed Tiffin Seabass dish to crowds on Milford Haven Docks. Anand will be holding his chef’s demonstration at 1pm.
On Tuesday, Anand will be holding a seafood workshop at Pembrokeshire College, Haverfordwest. Participants will be able to Learn the techniques of fusing flavours and make an authentic seafood curry influenced by Anand’s native Kerala on the Southern Coast of India, with a mix of local fish and aromatic spices.
The festival, taking place between June 23rd – July 1st, features all things fish and shell fish. Events and activities include eating out, fish cookery and preparation demonstrations, angling competitions and coaching, water adventure and outdoor activities. Also included in a packed week are waterway travel, environmental and educational activities, arts, craft and culture and for people of all ages!
