Following his much anticipated return to the Cowbridge Food & Drink Festival last week, Chef Anand George will once again be taking his culinary craft beyond the Purple Poppadom kitchen, appearing at Feast on Cardiff in Bute Park.
Anand will be presenting a live chef’s demonstration on Sunday 31st May, from 1.00pm to 1.45pm, sharing the techniques, flavours and stories behind the cooking that has made Purple Poppadom one of Cardiff’s most distinctive dining destinations. Chef appears just before a live chef’s demo by his great friend and sometime collaborator, the celebrated James Sommerin.
Anand’s appearance at Feast on Cardiff follows a warm welcome back to the Cowbridge Food & Drink Festival, where Anand once again graced the stage and offered food lovers an insight into the precision, creativity and deep understanding of flavour that sit at the heart of his cooking.
