Beaujolais Nouveau Day (November 21st) presents an excellent opportunity to entertain clients, business associates, friends and family!

To celebrate Beaujolais Nouveau Day Chef will present a special tasting menu and we are offering businesses group tables at a special rate.

This year, for our corporate guests we are also holding a Beaujolais Nouveau lunch which will be available from 12noon to 3pm as well as our dinner menu available from 6pm – 11pm

BEAUJOLAIS TASTING MENU 21ST NOVEMBER

– STARTERS –

Kachori

Delicately spiced green peas, encased in a home made pastry and fried

Banno

Cardamom flavoured chicken supreme laced with breadcrumbs and spices, and coated with egg whites and cooked in the tandoor

Chappli

Haunch of venison mince flavoured with green chilli, ginger and powdered spices and cooked in the griddle

– MAIN COURSE –

Kozhi  Khorma

Chicken simmered in creamy sauce of cashew nuts and coconut, and flavoured with fresh coriander and fragrant spices

Jungli Maas

A classic dish of slow cooked leg of lamb with garlic and spices, smoked with cloves and red chilli ~ Inspired by our Head Chef Siddartha’s home cuisine

Aloo Lasooni

Baby potatoes cooked with onion,tomatoes and crushed coriander seeds, finished with spinach leaves and burnt garlic

– DESSERTS-

Bhapa Dohi ~ Rose-infused steamed yoghurt with fresh raspberries

              Gajjar Samosa ~ Crispy treat filled with a carrot halva
