Purple Poppadom Head Chef, Siddarth Rathore has starred in a video about the wonders of Game and shares a beautiful recipe for Marinated Pheasant with cauliflower puree and pickled beetroot.
Created to celebrate Game Week, 22-28 November, the video features Siddarth talking about his love of Game which he developed in his home in Jaipur, Northern India, where Game is a favourite.
It is a little known fact that our co-founder, Chef Anand George and Siddarth, used to cook Game for the Princes of Rajasthan, when they worked together in a luxury hotel in 2003. The hotel was surrounded by forests where much of their produce for the royals.
