Recipes from Chef Anand George from Purple Poppadom are to feature in a lavish new book celebrating the work of 25 leading chefs and eateries around Wales.

Relish Wales Second Helping, a 280 page hardback, will be launched next month at Restaurant James Sommerin in the presence of Anand George.

We are organising our own celebration of the book here at Purple Poppadom where copies of the book will go on sale at £20 per copy.
