Chef George has been busy creating a new and exciting street food menu which he is set to present at Ten Maryport cafe in Roath on Friday and Saturday evenings throughout October 2015.
Situated just off Roath Park Lake, Ten Maryport and Anand George have joined forces to bring 2 courses of the very latest in stylish streetfood.
Guests will be able to book an early sitting at 6pm or later evening sitting at 8.30pm to enjoy Chef’s Feast.
Recently a finalist for the Welsh division of the British Street food awards, Multi-Award winning chef will present starters and a main course with the option to choose a dessert and an opportunity to bring your own drinks.

– FIRST COURSE –
A Maharashtrian classic, usal means white beans curry, our home baked pao with green chutney and spice powder, finished with sprouted beans, red onions, vermicelli and coriander
– MAIN COURSE –
In true Street food tradition, our thali are platters holding little bowls of tapas – portioned food, giving a balanced combination of the flavour, texture and colour of Indian regional cuisine consisting of the following:
Dal Vada: A lentil dumpling served served with coconut chutney
Lal Maas: A Rajasthani favourite, lamb braised with spices and finished with garlic and cloves
Kashmiri Murgh:Chicken supreme stewed in fragrant spices, with a touch of cream and cardamom
Thoran: Runner beans and carrot stir fried with mustard and fresh coconut
Aloo Jeera: Potatoes tempered with turmeric, hing and fresh coriander
Served with Salad | Homemade Bread | Pilav Rice | Poppadom
