My boyfriend and I went here this weekend for a special occasion and the experience was enjoyable. The highlight for us was the food, the friendly service and the comfortable environment. We had the vegetarian street food platter and the scallops for starters (the scallops were perfect!), lamb tandoor and chili coconut king prawns for our main. The peshwari naan is the best I’ve ever tasted. The dessert was good too – especially the chocomosa!
The only negative for us is that the interior was a bit of a let down! It felt a bit like the ‘premier inn’ in terms of the colour scheme and décor. Easily remedied with a few plants, some beautiful artwork and music perhaps?
Food was definitely comparable to its sister, Mint and Mustard but the latter’s ambience is exceedingly good. Just a minor aside to a thoroughly fun and enjoyable evening with great food
