1st despite the very long sign board covering 2 store fronts, the entrance is a tiny door at the far left. Once you climb to the 1st floor, you are greeted with a very understated and tasteful restaurant seating about 60-70 people. For a Tuesday night it was quite busy. Seven of eight in the group opted for the six course taster menu. Course one was Amuse Bouche (Happy mouth) and was goat cheese dahl wraps with a lovely spicy chutney on the side. Courses 2 and three were beautifully presented and included an onion starter that was very special and other succulent bits. I was full by end of course three and might suggest that they switch the order of course numbers 4 and 5 and instead serve the sorbet before the main. The dessert course of creme bulee and a chocolate samosa was inspired. I really enjoyed every bite of my meal. Some in the group thought the food could have been spicier, I was impressed with the blend of all the different flavours. If there was a 1/2 star, this was definitely a 4.5 star evening.
