Non-Veg Valentine’s Meal for 2 People

– STARTER –

Chaat
A wholesome combination of Jerusalem artichoke crisps, chana masala, tamarind chutney,
gram- flour vermicelli, pomegranate seeds

Samosa
Golden triangles of chicken and sweet corn in thin crispy pastry

Ribs
Pork ribs in a sticky Indo-Chinese chilli-garlic sauce

– MAINS –

Tandoori Pasanda
Chicken breast encased with creamy cheese and spinach, and steeped in a marination of aromatic spices and roasted gram flour, served with  pickled beetroot and cauliflower puree

Bhuna
Lamb mince braised with spices, onions, and tomatoes and finished with potatoes, carrots, and French beans

Moilee
Tiger prawns poached in garlic and turmeric-infused sauce laced with coconut milk

Served with steamed rice and Plain naan

Hazelnut and dark chocolate brownie with a vanilla and white chocolate whipped ganache, fresh raspberries
