exclusive feast to honour the best mum in the world.
– STARTERS –
Chaat
Wholesome combination of artichoke crisps, Chana masala,
tamarind, gram flour vermicelli, pomegranate seeds
Porichathu
Tiger prawns marinated with chillies, garlic & fried, tossed with crunchy coconut and curry leaves
Shashlik
Chicken supreme steeped in yoghurt & spices, skewered,
cooked in tandoor with onion & bell peppers
– MIDDLE COURSE –
Appam & Stew
A Keralan Classic – crispy laced rice pancake, served along with chicken stewed with aromatic
spices carrots, beans, potatoes and coconut milk

Lamb leg marinated with mint & coriander, yoghurt and spices then slow cooked in a sealed pot
