We have been overwhelmed with the reception to Deep Blue, our Summer seafood menu, but now as the nights get chillier, it is time to switch to our new Autumn/Winter menu for 2012. Please visit our Menu page for details and download the pdf version for reference.
In his menu introduction, Chef Anand George writes:
“Now we return to our main restaurant menu once more, featuring firm favourites as well as some new additions. Once more we blend our hallmark Nouvelle Indian Cuisine, with more traditional and home-style dishes.
Additions include a new Chef’s Taster menu, and the appearance of The Halibut Islands, one of the most popular dishes from our Deep Blue menu. We have also added Nadan Kozhi Curry, Lamb Varattiyathu and Syrian Beef Curry to our main menu.
As the warmth of Summer becomes an ever distant memory, I do hope this menu presentation will both comfort and excite you during the Autumn and Winter months.”
