We are introducing new Limited-Time Specials to our menu, starting with Sticky Indo-Chinese Ribs. This limited-time special dish represents Chef’s love of Indo-Chinese cuisine which blossomed in popularity since the arrival of the Chinese community in Kolkata over 250 years ago, followed by the fusion of great Chinese dishes and Indian spices to create special dishes which first took India by storm and then the World!
First featured in our 2021 St Valentine’s menu, this style of cuisine, can also be seen on our menu with the Indo-Chinese dishes of Chilli Gobhi (Cauliflower) and Chilli Chicken.
