As I’ve said above we’re not easily impressed, when it comes to food. We eat well at home and expect eating out in restaurants to exceed this, but rarely is this achieved. I love Indian food, but have become a bit bored with the usual curry and rice, but this was something on a whole new level.
The ambiance of the place is lovely. Staff are pleasant, willing to help and offer good advice and even offered to send me the recipe of the delightful beetroot chutney.
The food is definitely in the Indian Fine Dining range. The menu offers a variety of fish, meat and vegetarian options, but all presented in a totally different way to the usually curry and rice. We were advised that the menu is due for a seasonal change as they try to use produce that is in season.
All the dishes are presented well and the staff explain your meal to you!
You pay a little extra, but then you gain so much more than you would from the usual ‘curry experience’. Definitely recommended and can’t wait to go back.
