It all began in 2008 when Julie Morgan, MP nominated Anand George for the House of Commons Tiffin Cup challenge. Chef won with his new Seabass dish, inspired by his Kerala homeland. He won again in 2013! nominated by Kevin Brennan, MP, with his Kappa Meen dish.
