Three budding chefs are to appear live on stage with Chef Anand George at food festivals this year.
The trio are Festival Sous Chefs Ben Vivian, Cait Myers and Ellen Perry. They recently spent time with Chef at Purple Poppadom, learning how to prepare, cook and serve his famous Tiffin Sea Bass dish.
This included making the complex raw mango and ginger sauce, the mustard infused mashed potato and gently pan-frying the sea bass before plating their creations and enjoying them.
The first Festival Sous Chef to make their debut is Ben, who will be appearing with Chef Anand at Swansea Food Festival on Bank Holiday Monday, 27th August.
The team will be on stage at 2.30pm in the Welsh Menu Food Theatre. We wish Ben well on what is likely to be an experience to remember.
