Ocean follows the success of last year’s ‘Deep Blue’ and has in part been inspired by Chef Anand George travels in his home region of Kerala on the southern coast of India.

In his forward to the menu, Chef writes: “The arrival of my long-term  colleague, Chef Siddartha, who reunited with our team in 2012, has undoubtedly helped us to take our search for innovation and refinement further.

Our kitchen brigade is more adept than ever as a unit and I believe that with Ocean, we are taking our cuisine to a new level.”

    • What a day, what an experience; from start to finish, well organised, conducted and delivered. At first it may seem expensive, but once you are on the course you soon realise it is very good value for money. The starter of aloo chaat was incredible. The staff were really friendly and the service was great. I am looking forward to going back

The portions are smaller than normal but the food is perfectly cooked. The service was also excellent and quick. They have adequate professional number of staff who were always nearby to attend
