The Food Festival season is in full flow as Chef Anand George continues to wow food lovers with his popular Nouvelle Indian Cuisine demonstrations and masterclasses and his next stop is the Newport Food Festival.

This is multi-award winning Chef George’s second appearance at the Newport Food Festival on Saturday October 5th 2013 and this year he will be demonstrating his mouth-watering Chicken Supreme which is appearing on the new winter’s menu, his Keralan mussel stir fry, spinach and lentil dahl and a pilav rice.

Chef can be seen at the following times at the Riverfront Theatre, Newport:

1pm – Demonstration in the studio at Riverfront Theatre

3.30pm – Masterclass in the main hall of the Riverfront Theatre
The masterclass is the perfect way to enjoy a smaller and more intimate setting for those who want to learn about Chef George’s special cuisine and techniques!
