‘Spice Masterclass’ at Angela Grays Cookery School

Treat your loved one to a special Mother’s Day gift with a special cooking class with our award winning Chef Anand George at Angela Gray’s Cookery School.

Join Chef George in the kitchen as he takes you through an amazing spice journey where you will recreate some of chef’s popular and much loved cuisine including a chicken Kozhi Pepper, Alleppey Prawn Curry, Spinach and Lentil Dal, Pilau Rice and Malabar Paratha. You will also be able to take away your culinary treat to share with your family and friends.


The day starts at 9.30am at The Llanerch Vineyard with some welcome refreshments, and following your masterclass Chef will prepare a delicious lunch ready for you to enjoy with a well-deserved glass of wine.


Everything will be provided on the day so simply bring yourself and be ready for culinary treat. The price per person is £165 for the day and bookings can be made by contacting the Cookery School on 01443 222716

The starter of aloo chaat was incredible. The staff were really friendly and the service was great. I am looking forward to going back

The portions are smaller than normal but the food is perfectly cooked. The service was also excellent and quick. They have adequate professional number of staff who were always nearby to attend

Once you climb to the 1st floor, you are greeted with a very understated and tasteful restaurant seating about 60-70 people. For a Tuesday night

Everything was beautifully cooked and full of flavour, with our particular favourites being the onion pakoras, laccha parathas and the planner makhni – the
